Swertehon is a ledger tool

Swertehon provides software to record loans, collections, capital, and related ledger data for Philippine field lenders.

Swertehon is not a lender, bank, or credit bureau. We do not grant loans, verify borrowers, or collect debts on your behalf.

You are the data controller

For borrower personal data you enter—including names, phone numbers, addresses, and optional ID images—you are the personal information controller under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

Swertehon acts as a service provider that stores and displays data you submit so you can manage your ledger.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store borrower data, including any government ID you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not upload data you are not allowed to store.

Do not use Swertehon for harassment, public shaming, or unfair debt collection.

Optional ID upload requires your attestation that you may store the file. Swertehon does not verify that attestation.

Subscription and access

Access to the platform may require an active subscription or trial as shown in Settings.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Disclaimer

Swertehon is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that calculations and reports are error-free. You remain responsible for your lending decisions and records.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
